Animal Abuse Goes Further Than Puppy Mills
Amish people tend to view their livestock, including horses, as little more than equipment. The horses that pull buggies are often malnourished and underweight, and they’re slaughtered once they reach old age. Cows aren’t treated well, either, and dogs are killed if they require medical treatment. Not good.
