They’re Responsible For Pollution
They don’t use electricity or automobiles, so how could they possibly pollute our environment, right? It’s actually true. Amish farmers use heavy amounts of fertilizer to treat their land, which ends up running off and polluting nearby water sources.
The Amish also allow their livestock to walk into streams, where they defecate in the water and spread bacteria.
