Dr. Phil is an executive producer on The Doctors. Both celebrities and non-celebrities come to the show with medical mysteries and they talk about their symptoms, open up discussion and find answers that solve their cases.
After marrying Erica, Jay pitched the idea of inviting the Dahm triplets on to the show to discuss their medical similarities and DNA. Dr. Phil loved the idea and the other producers knew it would make for some good TV, so they agreed.
