Frisella’s website claims that over 100,000 people have completed 75 Hard. The 75 Hard plan has gained momentum and a lot of steam, and it’s because it works, Frisella says in a 2020 podcast, in which he outlines the six rules for daily success. Frisella said, “I promise you will look back on this 75-day journey and say, ‘This was the best thing I ever did.”

Here Are 75 Hard Rules To Follow

It’s easy to learn 75 Hard rules but not easy to execute. Every day for 75 days, there are five tasks to complete consistently.

  • Skipping a day requires you to start over.
  • Stick to a diet without drinking alcohol or cheating
  • Ensure that you drink two gallons of water per day
  • Complete two workouts a day
  • Invest 10 minutes a day in reading a nonfiction book
  • Every day, take a photo of your progress

People who are seeking dramatic change seem to find the program appealing. In 2019, Frisella created #75Hard, and now there are more than a million Instagram posts and TikTok videos documenting people’s daily routines and success stories.
