How To Keep Warm When Swimming In Cold Water

Cold-water swimming can be a refreshing and challenging experience. While it can be a great way to stay active and enjoy the outdoors, it also requires some special precautions to stay safe and comfortable. One of the most important factors to consider is staying warm during your swim.
