A Study Finds That Natural Hair Loss Supplements May Work

Several nutritional supplements may aid strand growth, including pumpkin seeds, capsaicin, and capsaicin in hot peppers. Researchers examined products containing a single ingredient and those having a combination of ingredients.

Some people seemed to benefit from the following branded potions:

  • Viviscal
  • Nourkrin
  • Nutrafol
  • Lambdapil
  • Pantogar

Mostaghimi says it isn’t possible to determine just how effective supplements are based on the information in the studies. He said, “The studies looked at different types of hair loss. Despite objective measures, not all were the same. Some didn’t have a specific measure.”
