Did Ya Know?

You Will Never Guess What This 96 Year Old Had Been Hiding In Her House!

The open house is always fun. Gladys and Carla Spizzirri, sisters and realtors, expected the worst of the place they were about to enter for the first time. They had been looking forward to opening the house for a long time, and now it was finally their turn.

They couldn’t believe their eyes when they saw what they saw. Tales about the house and its interiors had circulated for quite some time, and finally, 148 Jane Street was up for sale. People could now see inside and see what had been kept hidden for so long.

The Perfectly Ordinary House

At first sight, 148 Jane Street appeared to be just another house on a regular street in Toronto. The street was plain and unremarkable, with no significant or noteworthy features in the property’s immediate vicinity. More ordinary-looking structures flanked the house, eerily mimicking it from the outside.

Few folks had ever been inside 148 Jane Street, and all they knew about it was that one family had lived there for as long as they could remember. However, it would soon change.

Affordably Priced

It was a typical day for the two sisters, Gladys and Carla Spizzirri, at their real estate business. Everyone was preoccupied with their regular tasks, with no anticipation that today would be different. They took calls, showed houses, and attempted to close deals.

They hadn’t always collaborated, but in 2009 they realized that they make an excellent team. It was only natural to continue. One sister would look for properties to sell, while the other would negotiate with prospective clients. They worked together in sync, like a machine.
