  • A vitamin A-rich diet such as yellow fruits, carrots, tomatoes, green leafy vegetables, and seafood can reduce acne.
  • Don’t eat processed, junk, or fried food
  • Avoid dairy products during sudden spikes: no yogurt, buttermilk, butter, or paneer.
  • Citrus fruits, amla, lemon, and lime juice contain vitamin C.
  • Taking zinc-containing foods like seafood, nuts, dry fruits, eggs, etc., can reduce acne breakouts.
