Like most of us, my grocery list can vary significantly from visit to visit, but come heck or high water, eggs are always a must and at the top of the list. No matter how limited the space is in my fridge, I will always make room for eggs. Whether they are brown, white, organic, or not, after checking for cracks, they are in the buggy.
Shelf-Life
Eggs are a great staple as they not only cut down on the trips to the grocery store, as they are chock full of protein and deliciousness.
Raw eggs, if left whole and in their shell, can keep up to five weeks post the stamped packing date.
The secret is to make sure that they are consistently stored in the fridge.

Grab And Go
Eggs are very versatile and never more so than as a grab and go snack.
Just hard boil some eggs, and you will have your quick snack, as well a being incorporated into several dishes throughout the week.
Once thoroughly cooked, and kept in the fridge, hard-boiled eggs with the shell can keep up to a week.
Once the shell is removed, they should be eaten the same day.

Freeze Them
If you find yourself not using your eggs as quickly as you had planned, or you found a good deal on them and couldn’t resist, no worries.
You can freeze your eggs for future use. Crack and scramble the eggs, and pour them into silicone molds. Place them in the freezer.
Once the eggs are frozen, pop them out, put them in a freezer bag, and date and label them.
They will be useable for up to a year this way, and when you remove them to use, simply substitute three tablespoons of the thawed eggs for one fresh egg.
