Starbucks Adds New Winter Delights To Their Menu

With the beginning of a new year comes word from barista giant Starbucks of several new items added to their winter menu.  Starting right off the bat, in the month of January, the coffeehouse will offer their latest items, including Honey Almondmilk Cold Brew, Pistachio Latte, Kale and Portabella Mushroom Sous Vide Egg Bites, and Earth Cake Pop.  Customers will also see the return of two previous favorites—Honey Almondmilk Flat White and Red Velvet Loaf.

Honey Almondmilk Cold Brew

It seems that cold coffee and cold beverages continue to be a booming trend with the barista.  Their new addition is sure to only add itself to the list of favorites, with the non-dairy beverage made from slow-steeped Starbucks Cold Brew, combined with honey and for a creamy finish topped with almond milk.

Pistachio Latte

Nothing pairs better with Starbucks Signature Expresso than the sweet flavor of pistachio.  Add in some steamed milk and finish it with a topping that is salted, brown, and buttery, and you will have the perfect beverage crafted for coziness and comfort.

Kale and Portabella Mushroom Sous Vide Egg Bites

With a base of cage free eggs topped with chopped kale and portabella mushrooms, folded together and finished off with Monterey Jack cheese, this dish is then cooked with the French sous vide technique.  What results is not only a velvety texture to the palate but a burst of flavorful taste.

Earth Cake Pop

Playing homage to mother Earth, this dessert has a rich chocolate cake base, which is then dipped in blue icing, and finished off with white and green sprinkles—resembling a globe of deliciousness.

These newest additions to the menu are available throughout the winter months or until supplies have run out.
