Attention sneakerheads! popular shoe brand New Balance just dropped a really colorful line of sneakers that you need to check out. In fact, the colorful shoes are actually a nod to the colors and flavors of the sticky Jolly Ranchers candy.
The shoes, known as the KAWHI signature shoe collection, were created in collaboration with LA Clippers’ basketball player Kawhi Leonard and Jolly Ranchers. The collection actually includes both shoes and appeal with a colorful rainbow vibe.
In fact, one of the new shoes is inspired by Kawhi’s favorite Jolly Rancher flavor, blue raspberry. Fans should know that the blue raspberry limited-edition version of the KAWHI is only going to drop exclusively at New Balance and Foot Locker’s family brands. The shoe itself is nearly entirely blue in color, with a few different shades. There is even a cartoon character on the collar of the show with a speech bubble over it saying, “HAHAHA!”

There are other styles of shoes in the collection as well, including “Assorted Flavors” which includes all the Jolly Rancher colors as well as sport slide sandals and some revamped classic New Balance styles. The sports slides are a more traditional white and blue combination and are finished with a strap covered in colorful characters. The colorful characters are actually a cartoon fruit gang, and they appear on the tongues and heels of the various sneakers in the collection as another nod to Jolly Rancher candy.
Right now, the retail prices on these shoes range from thirty-five dollars for the slide sandal to one hundred and sixty dollars for the KAWHI signature shoes. The KAWHI signature shoe collection is expected to drop sometime in late October, but fans will only know when they visit the New Balance or Foot Locker websites for the drop.
