Pankonin says, “Juices bought in stores can often be high in sugar and stripped of valuable nutrients such as fiber and other phytochemicals. She adds that homemade juices are often high in fiber and can control the amount of added sugars or alternative sweeteners you use.
Suppose if there is no time to make juice yourself, you can look for vegetable-based liquids like green juices, tomato, and other veggie juices. “These will generally be lower in calories but still contain a lot of nutrients and hydration.”
