As human beings, it is so vital for us to be able to communicate and bond personally.

However, it can be challenging to do when we are glued to rectangular screens, getting familiar with the digital facades of our friends as their real characters.

Memory

Social media may be perfect for looking back affectionately on memories and telling how past events happened.

However, it may also distort how you remember some bits and pieces of your life.

Sleep

It is of the utmost importance to get enough sleep. However, many of us use our phones too soon before picking the hay, making it harder to fall asleep.

Try to establish a strict rule not to have any contact on your phone for at least 40 minutes to one hour before bedtime to see whether this makes a difference in the quality of your sleep.
