  • 1 cup all-purpose flour, 150 grams
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 cup almond mik or milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cane sugar
  • 1 large egg or flax egg

For serving:

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup butter softened
