1 can of tuna
Rice vinegar
Chili oil
Sushi rice, prepared
Sheets of nori

Mix canned tuna, sriracha sauce, riced vinegar, chili oil, scallions, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Put a sheet of nori on top of a bamboo mat, then spread rice evenly along one-half of the sheet. Spread the spicy tuna over the rice and get to rolling!

Cut up into slices and enjoy. Use soy sauce for dipping if preferred.

1 cup of brown rice
1 mango, ripe
1 cucumber
1 sliced avocado
4 sheets of nori
2 cups of water
2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt

Place one cup of brown rice, two cups of water, and one teaspoon of olive oil in a pot and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 45 minutes. Take the rice off of the stove and fluff with a fork. In a small bowl, combine the rice vinegar, salt, and sugar. Heat this concoction in the microwave for a few seconds.

Mix the rice and the vinegar mixture in a large bowl. Make sure the ingredients are properly mixed together—the rice should begin to have a glossy look.

Put the first nori sheet onto a bamboo mat and press rice onto the bottom half of the sheet. At the bottom of the sheet, place the veggie ingredients on top of the rice. Use the bamboo mat to roll the sushi, and cut with a knife into small slices.

Cover and roll the remaining three sheets of nori, then relax and indulge!
